We are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support senior advisors, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to wealth planning and analysis, with the opportunity to perform these responsibilities independently as experience grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver white‑glove service to clients and prospects in alignment with our “Clients First” philosophy.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent, proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Support financial planning and analysis efforts, progressing toward independently performing these tasks as experience and proficiency develop.
- Educate clients and prospects on financial strategies, gather information on existing investments, and assist in developing comprehensive wealth plans.
- Engage in daily client interaction while proactively managing your schedule to balance workload and client needs.
- Assist with prospecting and business development initiatives.
- Participate in marketing, networking, and client appreciation events to support client acquisition and retention.
- Learn and utilize a variety of software tools essential to delivering high‑quality advisory support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services; wealth management experience preferred.
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a strong client‑service orientation.
- Conversational proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.

Salary Range:
· $80k - $150k
Additional Requirements
- Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
- For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required
- Investment products and services are offered through Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC (WFAFN), Member SIPC. TSG Wealth Management is a separate entity from WFAFN.
