Roles & Responsibilities- Quad-City Talent Acquisition: Actively source, headhunt, and vet high-performing Sales Representatives for our three main Texas hubs: Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. As well as our newest branch in Dallas - Fort Worth.
- Retention-Focused Recruiting: Your success (and commission) is tied to the long-term success of the team. You will focus on finding "quality over quantity," with bonuses tied to the retention of your hires.
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and cold-outreach to find "passive" candidates who are already winning in the sales world but want a better opportunity.
- Onboarding & Integration: Own the "New Hire Experience." You will lead the transition from candidate to team member, ensuring all paperwork is signed and new hires are equipped with the tools they need for Day 1.
- Light HR Generalist Duties: Manage essential HR functions, including maintaining employee records, answering basic policy questions, and ensuring compliance across our three office locations.
- Culture Guarding: Screen candidates for the grit, integrity, and work ethic required to thrive in the fast-paced roofing industry.
- Experience: 2-4 years of recruiting experience (Experience in construction, solar, or high-volume sales recruiting is a massive plus).
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You treat recruiting like sales and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to sell our company's vision to top talent.
- Organizational Pro: You will be managing pipelines across three cities and handling HR documentation; being organized is non-negotiable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You need to be able to "speak roofing" to a crew leader and "speak strategy" to the owner.
