Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our organizational goals.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Foster relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience and engagement.
- Participate in employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Support talent management initiatives including employee evaluation, training & development, and succession planning.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting across various sectors including technical recruiting, internal recruiting, and sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing offers successfully.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; adept at relationship management.
- Ability to conduct research effectively to identify potential candidates and market trends.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices related to employee relations is beneficial.
