Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. Responsibilities include identifying and assisting clients in securing the appropriate financing solutions, conducting financial assessments, and analyzing mortgage qualifications. The role involves fostering relationships with potential clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners. The Mortgage Loan Officer will oversee the loan application process, communicate with lenders, and guide clients through their financing journey from pre-qualification to closing.
Qualifications
- Experience with mortgage loan products such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, DSCR, and Non-QM solutions
- Strong knowledge of financial assessment, property evaluation, and loan application processes
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and networking skills
- Proficiency in leveraging modern lending technology and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial documentation requirements
- Proactive approach to providing tailored financing strategies and solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required and NMLS registration in relevant states
- Prior experience in real estate, financial advising, or banking preferred
