Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help create an outstanding Guest experience while supporting daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
• Making sandwiches to each guest's specifications
• Providing friendly, efficient guest service
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant
• Assisting with opening, closing, and leading the team during your shift

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly each day. Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, and developing associates
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Assisting with inventory and ordering
• Leading and motivating the team
• Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
• Making sandwiches to guest preferences
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent Guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leadership or management experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager position
• Restaurant or sandwich shop experience is a plus-but not required
