Duties
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to managers and staff across all assigned units, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency
- Oversee profit and loss statements, ensuring each unit meets financial goals and adheres to budget parameters
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, expanding customer base, and increasing revenue streams
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service standards, and compliance with company policies
- Lead project management efforts for store improvements, marketing campaigns, or new initiatives to boost performance
- Foster continuous process improvements by analyzing workflows, implementing best practices, and encouraging innovation within teams
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a track record of supervising multiple locations or teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute action plans effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that motivate teams, develop talent, and promote collaboration
- Experience managing profit & loss statements and understanding financial metrics critical to business success
- Business development expertise with a focus on sales growth and market expansion strategies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster a unified team culture
