In this role, you will work on large-scale fabrication, heavy industrial machinery, and precision components. Depending on your specific skillset, assignments will focus heavily on structural plate fabrication or precision pipe fitting and welding. Key Responsibilities

• Fitting & Alignment: Layout, position, align, and fit together metal parts, plates, and structural components in preparation for final welding according to technical schematics.
• Production Welding: Perform high-quality welding operations utilizing MIG and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) processes.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and job specifications to determine layout dimensions and welding sequences.
• Material Customization: Work comfortably across plate, structural, or pipe fabrication applications based on structural demands and project specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed welds and fits for accuracy, uniform material penetration, and adherence to strict structural tolerances.
