Job Description:
TS Bank is seeing to hire a Regional SVP of Ag Banking position. This role is a senior relationship leader responsible for developing, managing, and growing high-value agricultural banking relationships while helping elevate ag banking excellence across the organization. This role is first and foremost a client-facing relationship management role, requiring strong production capability, sound credit judgment, and deep credibility in the agricultural community. In addition, the Regional SVP of Ag Banking serves as a mentor and technical resource for other Ag Relationship Managers, helping improve relationship strategy, deal structure, portfolio discipline, and client engagement practices. The role also contributes to the organization’s broader ag market focus by identifying growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and best practices across markets in partnership with growth and community banking leadership.
Preferred education and/or experience includes: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in Accounting, finance, and economics; at least eight to ten years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
