Job Description:
First National Bank and Trust Company is seeking to hire a Universal Banker at our Arcadia, WI location. This position is responsible for contributing to sales targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities and promoting Bank products. This includes greeting customers, opening day-to-day accounts, and working closely with team members to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Preferred education and experience: Possess a high school diploma or GED certification required. Additional post high school education and/or training is preferred. One year of work experience in a financial institution, prior sales experience, and cash handling experience is a plus.
Position Location: Arcadia, WI
Starting Pay: $18.00/hr.
