Job Description:
TS Bank is seeking to hire an Assistant Branch Manager for our Council Bluffs locations. This role assists with direct operations of the branch locations to ensure operational effectiveness and that company and banking regulations, policies, and procedures are followed. Assists team's performance in ensuring clients receive prompt and courteous service and that banking products and services offered meet the needs of the client base.
Education and experience preferred: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training in financial industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess a minimum of two to four years of professional work experience in branch operations.
