Here in the Business Banking team, we are passionate about delivering money confidence by helping small- and medium-sized businesses with their everyday banking needs. We're also critical to the success of TSB, as we manage a sizeable balance sheet and P&L.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Deliver ongoing enhancements to develop the Business Banking customer proposition and to support pricing and product changes, regulatory change and delivery of the P&L targets.
- Develop creative solutions and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to implement initiatives within desired timescales.
- Identify key risks and issues and work with stakeholders to provide mitigations.
- Identifying opportunities and working with stakeholders to implement changes .
- Utilising knowledge of key business systems and processes and manage key relationships to deliver changes.
- Providing customer analysis and insight to support the development of customer/product proposals.
- Suggesting action and oversee implementation of initiatives to improve customer outcomes where appropriate.
- Ensuring Business Banking products, mailings and promotions are compliant with relevant legislation and regulation and within the risk appetite of the business.
- Identifying key risks and service failings and work with stakeholders to provide mitigations and remedies.
- Contributing to Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement through product and process design.
- Owning product reviews including input to the regulatory review to ensure the product range is performing as intended for its target audience, and implementing remedial action where this is not the case

- Ability to engage stakeholders across the business and influence senior managers to support delivery proposals.
- Ability to think creatively, to minimise delivery lead times.
- Strong quality control and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex issues to senior management – in both written and verbal formats.
- Able to deal with elements of ambiguity and complexity, assessing the impact on business and managing change.
