Tsaocaa Denver is hiring Baristas!
We are looking for friendly, responsible, and motivated team members to join our team. Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, coffee shop, beverage store, or restaurant is preferred, but experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bubble tea, coffee, fruit tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and SOPs
- Follow standardized recipes and preparation procedures consistently
- Prepare tea bases, toppings, syrups, and other ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with daily store operations and other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous beverage or food service experience is a plus
- Students are welcome to apply
- Able to learn quickly and follow instructions carefully
- Must be able to follow company SOPs and recipes consistently
- Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
