Commercial and Residential Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team.

As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized to meet our high standards of service. Your role will involve various cleaning tasks, provision of exceptional customer service, and contribution to a positive home environment for our high-end clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential areas including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness.
• Launder linens and other items and change bed linens
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for efficient operations.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning practices.
