Role Description
The Personal Advisor to the Founder and President in Biochemistry, Inorganic/Organic Chemistry, and Terminal Sterilization will work closely with the Founder to provide research, analysis, and strategic insights. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting scientific literature, offering subject-matter expertise in chemistry and terminal sterilization methods, and contributing to the identification of structural risks as part of the firm’s research. This is a full-time, remote role requiring close collaboration with the Founder and adaptability in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Biochemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry.
- Expertise in terminal sterilization methods, including familiarity with six major modalities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulation, drug delivery, and biotech commercialization processes.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret and synthesize complex scientific and market data.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify structural risks and fragility in business models.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with executive leadership remotely.
- Minimum of a Master’s or Ph.D. in a related scientific discipline; industry experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of institutional research practices or experience working within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
