Senior Architect - Project Manager

About the Role: The Senior Architect serves as a pivotal project leader and business development driver who transforms client relationships into profitable work, manages projects from concept through closeout, and ensures delivery excellence through disciplined project management and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver 4-6 concurrent projects from programming through construction closeout with exceptional quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Generate minimum $150,000 in new contracted work annually through active prospecting, relationship cultivation, and strategic networking.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, strategic touchpoints, exceptional service delivery, and consistent value demonstration.
• Achieve advanced proficiency in Monograph project management platform, utilizing all features strategically to manage project portfolio holistically.
• Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to 2-3 assigned junior architects and project team members.
• Maintain current architectural licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements.
• Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture that reflects TS3's values.

Qualifications: A licensed architect with 8-12 years of progressive experience.

Required Skills:

• Technical mastery in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in project management platforms (Monograph), BIM coordination (Revit), and CRM systems (Incept).
• Exceptional communication and client leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for construction documentation and coordination.
• Engagement with professional organizations (AIA, NCARB).

Pay range and compensation package: The Senior Architect is accountable for substantial revenue generation; managing projects that bill $85,000 monthly ($1.02M annually) while generating $150,000 in new contracted work through business development efforts.
