Inside Sales Representative (Vacation)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to understand customer needs
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities
• Support senior sales representatives and account managers in closing deals
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
