We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships with prospective customers, and providing support to the sales team in reaching goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads via cold calls, emails, and networking efforts
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up to assess customer needs
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at exceeding targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Attend sales meetings, participate in training sessions, and engage in team-building events
- Support senior sales reps and account managers in closing deals
- Provide excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with clients
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry developments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not mandatory
