Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate activities involved in the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with IATF and other required QMS by tracking and maintaining all documentation.
- Manage MRO inventory and 5S.
- Assist in maintaining training matrices and training records for PE staff.
- Requires extensive knowledge of Maintenance practices and procedures.
- Develop repair procedures; researches and develops specifications for system operation and maintenance and the purchase of equipment, parts, and tools.
- Analyze equipment information in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance, and identify specific areas for technical or procedural improvements.
- Research and obtain new or redesigned replacements for unavailable or unsuitable components.
- Assist Management team in establishing goals and maintaining data.
- Procure items for the facility, create purchase orders to purchase maintenance parts and supplies.
- Contact vendors to confirm purchase orders and lead times, expedite parts and equipment, as necessary.
- Work with Maintenance team to forecast maintenance parts spending on monthly basis.
- Assist in data acquisition, analysis, and reporting as required by corporate or customer.
- Assist in developing and implementing plans for safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as they align with the above duties.
