What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEASONAL VALET position at TS RESTAURANTS GROUP?
We are looking for skilled VALETS to join the Sunnyside team! The starting rate is $17.00/hr plus tips. We are looking for part-time candidates who can work Thursdays-Fridays through the summer (ending September 30). Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Shifts scheduled from 10AM-4PM.

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in providing the highest level of quality and service to our guests. Act as the first point of contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant and assist them with parking their cars.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Assist guests with parking and retrieving their cars as they arrive and depart the restaurant.
- Greet guests within 2 minutes of arrival and departure and offer a sincere farewell to all guests.
- Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
- Retrieve guests’ cars within 8 minutes from request.
- Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operation, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as needed.
- Inform all guests of parking policy and procedures as they arrive.
- Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive and leave.
- Drive all vehicles with care and caution.
- Ensure that all personal items go untouched.
- Remove all parking tags from vehicle prior to departure.
- Effectively organize guests’ vehicles in the parking areas.
- Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns; personal, employee or guest injury.
- Follow food safety program guidelines of handwashing, bare hands, hygiene and health.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Experience: No previous experience required, however it is preferred.
- Computer Skills: None required.
- Certificates & Licenses: Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have valid Driver’s License.
