Job Summary:
TS Foods provides food packaging and manufacturing solutions for our customers. We are seeking an Account Customer Representative with experience in manufacturing environment to join our team to serve as the main point of contact for designated key customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts overseeing all aspects of orders, tracking progress, identifying production needs and delivery issues.
- Regular communication with logistics, production and quality team to ensure smooth production timelines.
- Prepare documents for production and maintain data in key software platforms
- Participate in new product meetings to ensure customer specs are met
- Handle invoicing for assigned accounts
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and ERP systems is required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Minimum 3 years' experience in previous project account role for production environment
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Valid driver's license
