We are looking to add an energetic and motivated BI-LINGUAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to our team. If you are hands-on, understand parts and mechanics, have experience in industrial sales, building components, machinery, and/or equipment installation, come join us!
***THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR AUSTIN, TX LOCATION!***
Responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Engage with customers and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs
- Learn product lines and identify potential sales opportunities
- Process sales orders, assist with merchandise returns, and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
- Manage heavy volume inbound calls
- Follow up with customers over the phone
- Provide technical support as needed
- Communicate with management to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience
- Previous experience in a customer service/call center environment
- Experience in Gate & Access Controls, Fencing, Steel/Metal, HVAC/Electrical or Home Automation with the ability to read and interpret product manuals is a PLUS
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have high school diploma
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS
