The Company owns and manages an investment portfolio consisting of over 7,000 multifamily units, healthcare facilities comprising of over 80 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, tax lien investments throughout multiple states, and various other private equity interests.
Position Summary:
We are seeking driven and detail-oriented In-House Legal Professionals to join our team. This position is open to both licensed attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a wide range of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements
- Support corporate governance, including maintaining legal entity records and filings
- Liaise with outside counsel as needed
