Tryko Partners is a real estate private equity firm specializing in the ownership and management of multifamily properties and healthcare facilities. The Company owns and manages an investment portfolio consisting of over 7,000 multifamily units, healthcare facilities comprising of over 100 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, tax lien investments throughout multiple states, and various other private equity interests.
We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the underwriting, evaluation, and execution of new investment opportunities. The Analyst will play a key role in financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and the preparation of investment materials, working closely with an experienced and collaborative team. This role offers meaningful, hands-on involvement in transactions and provides the opportunity to contribute directly to the firm’s continued growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a genuine interest in real estate investment, including both multifamily and healthcare assets.
Responsibilities
· Underwrite and support the financial analysis of potential acquisition opportunities.
· Build cash-flow models used to value real estate investments, including both equity and debt.
· Analyze financing options and assist with acquisition financing efforts.
· Prepare investment memoranda for recommended acquisitions.
· Support due diligence by gathering, reviewing, and summarizing property reports and other diligence materials; assist with transaction closings.
· Provide research support using internal and external sources, gather market data, and stay current on industry trends within target markets.
Qualifications
· Minimum 1-2 years direct experience underwriting/analyzing real estate and/or healthcare financial models with complex modeling experience and efficient in all excel functions.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and research skills.
· Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Candidate should be prepared to provide examples of previous work product created “from scratch”, while respecting any confidentiality of the subject matter.
