For this position, applicants will possess a strong knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical engineering, to develop detailed control drawings for building automation systems utilizing design tools.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30 pm

Job Responsibilities
- Design and program BAS solutions using various protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation for programming and system configurations
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand system requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users and technicians
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology
- Any other duties as the Director of Operations sees fit
- BS in Engineering or equivalent of at least 5 years' experience in Building Automation- HVAC and Lighting Control methodologies and design
- Working hours' flexible as needed
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Self-Motivated, ability to work alone on projects with minimal supervision
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- In-depth understanding and "hands on" experience with any or all the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers
- 3 to 5 years' experience in energy management, building commissioning and/or systems diagnostics/ troubleshooting
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Must be able to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
