Position Title: Parking Attendant
Location: Cutler Bay, FL 33189
Duration: TClient (on call)
Work Schedule: 20-40 hrs.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Parking Attendants are responsible for assisting patrons into one of the three available parking lots.
- Managing a visitor list at the controlled lot.
- Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
- Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
- Management of the over-flow parking.
- Work with Miami-Dade County Police to enforce the policy that patrons must use the crosswalk.
- Escort customers to their vehicles if needed.
- Help patrons exit the facility safely by encouraging them to use the cross-walk.
- Assist patrons with event information if necessary.
- Report any grievances or issues that arise.

- In this position, successful candidates will be responsible for assisting patrons with the parking of vehicles, directing patrons into open spots in both public and managed lots.
- Environmental Concerns: some positions require standing for long periods of time in a variety of weather environments.
- May include overnight shifts.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends and have a flexible schedule.
- Assist patrons to park vehicles in open spots until the lot is full.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or greater required.
