Position Title: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL 32839
Duration: Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Shift timing may vary based on operational/event requirements
Pay Rate: Competitive
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support in a fast-paced operational environment
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, hardware, printers, peripherals, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
• Support Active Directory user account management and password resets
• Configure, deploy, image, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related devices
• Assist with conference room, AV, and event-related technical support as needed
• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets within SLA timelines
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication while supporting end users onsite
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support activities within ticketing systems
To be considered for this position, you should have:
• Experience providing Desktop Support / IT Support in enterprise environments
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
• Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting experience
• VPN/Wi-Fi/network connectivity troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in a convention center/event-driven environment
• Conference room or AV support experience preferred
