Tryfacta is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our clients in Concord, NH 03301. This role is an 6 month contract assignment.
Pay Rate: $23/hr - $25/hr on W2
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:45pm to 11:15pm, 5*8, 40 hours, every weekend is a must, Only Local candidates
Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress.
Job Requirements [ Skills, Education, &/or Experience]
- BLS Certificate (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting is preferred but not required
- Ideal candidate is someone working towards a psych degree
