Our company is seeking a candidate who is able to think on their feet, engage in challenging situations, and come up with creative solutions to ensure the success of our business as part of our Partnership Support Team. This team focuses on everything Post Sale Execution: Headquarter Sales Team Support, Order Processing and Tracking, Logistics Management, Delivery Coordination, & Inventory Management.
The position of PST is vital in our sales organization, acting as a link between our clients, customers, and internal sales team. By partnering with the other segments of our business we ensure nothing is missed and find creative ways to deal with issues that arise improving the process for ongoing and future success. The position is great way to springboard into a more advanced role within the department or advance to a position within our Retail or Sales teams.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Provide prompt responses and resolutions to all customer/manufacturer inquiries regarding orders, invoicing, product quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of products, customer pricing and/or billing.
- Develop customer relationships and communicate customer needs to sales account managers to achieve objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies by understanding the needs and objectives of the business.
- Work with sales representatives to be proactive in meeting customer needs and keeping them informed of all activities associated with each customer account
- Analyze and process all orders with attention to detail and critical insight of the customer’s business
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications for Success:
- Desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing responsibilities and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, and the capability to learn new programs
- Ability to track, prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks
- Detail oriented
- College Education or Equivalent Work Experience
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position with benefits including medical, dental, disability, and paid time off. Hours are 8am - 4:45pm Monday through Friday. Pay rate $24-26 per hour, based on experience.
