Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to our team. This role is key to keeping our day-to-day operations smooth and welcoming while helping ensure client and crew interactions reflect the high standards of our company.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $16.50- $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, guests, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage general email inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Receive packages and coordinate deliveries
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to lift/move equipment or supplies as needed
