As a Brand Specialist, you’ll engage customers, build product awareness, and drive sales—all while working flexible, event-based hours.
What You’ll Do
- Host tasting events at retail locations, engaging shoppers and promoting featured products
- Educate customers on product qualities and encourage trial/purchase
- Work independently while upholding company standards for service, appearance, and professionalism
- Use our mobile-friendly system to confirm shifts, manage availability, and submit post-event reports
✅ Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Reliable & punctual – no last-minute cancellations; our clients depend on us
- Responsive & communicative – able to confirm assignments and reply in a timely manner
- Comfortable with sales – confident speaking to shoppers and recommending products
- Tech-capable – able to check schedules, respond quickly, and submit reports
- Professional & engaging – you represent the brand and our company with integrity
- Flexible – available weekends and willing to travel up to 45 minutes

- You frequently change availability or cancel commitments
- You are slow to respond or difficult to reach
- You have transportation or reliability issues
- You’re looking for casual, “pick-up when convenient” work without accountability
- If you are frequently balancing multiple agencies or last-minute opportunities, this role may not be the best fit. We prioritize team members who can commit to their submitted availability.
- You are not comfortable working independently in retail environments
