What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Account Manager position at TrxNow?
TrxNow® (Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC) is one of North America’s fastest-growing roadside assistance and dispatch technology companies, and we are looking for a Vendor Account Manager to help support and grow our service provider network.
In this role, you’ll build relationships with towing and roadside assistance vendors, help ensure strong territory coverage, support vendor performance, and assist with network growth across assigned regions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in vendor management, account management, dispatch operations, customer service leadership, or roadside assistance operations. This is a full-time, in-person position with occasional travel opportunities to regional tow shows and industry events.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors
- Help ensure strong roadside coverage within assigned territories
- Utilize digital dispatch tools and technology solutions to support vendor operations and improve service quality
- Monitor vendor performance and assist with issue resolution
- Facilitate contract and pricing negotiations with providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
- Track vendor activity and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written) with proven ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Self-motivated and organized with effective time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal guidance
- Experience in vendor management, dispatch, account management, or related fields preferred
- Strong dispute resolution, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Account/ vendor management or client/program management experience
- Experienced in the roadside assistance industry
