As the Art Director, you’ll lead the creative development and execution of integrated campaigns across all digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the Brand Marketing Director to set the creative vision, mentor designers, and ensure TRX maintains its world-class brand identity across every platform.
Your work will span concepting, design, and oversight of marketing assets for product launches, brand campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and retail. You’ll be both a hands-on designer and a strategic creative leader, helping guide the look, tone, and feel of the TRX brand while empowering a growing creative team to do their best work.

- Lead the concept, design, and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, print, and retail channels.
- Develop creative concepts, brand campaigns, and tactical marketing assets from initial ideation through final production.
- Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback, creative direction, and leadership that fosters growth and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, brand, and product teams to deliver cohesive and high-performing creative across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met.
- Create production-ready designs and layouts for a range of applications, including digital ads, landing pages, social assets, emails, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with photographers, animators, and other creative vendors as needed to bring campaigns to life.
- Ensure all design work adheres to TRX brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, motion, digital storytelling, and technology, continuously elevating the brand’s creative expression.
- Support creative presentations and contribute to high-level visual storytelling for leadership, partners, and retail clients.
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions, helping to shape ideas that translate into high-impact creative executions.
- Minimum 8 years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead art direction role within a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design excellence, and digital-first campaign execution.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring designers in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience developing and executing creative for digital marketing, including paid and organic social, web, email, and video.
- Motion graphics, animation, and video production experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of photoshoot production, vendor management, and cross-media creative development is a plus.
