We’re partnering with a privately owned staffing industry leader headquartered in Dallas that’s making significant investments in market share growth, operational infrastructure, technology, and expansion of service lines. As the company continues scaling, they’re looking to add proven major account sales talent capable of developing and expanding high-value client relationships.
This opportunity is geared toward strategic sales professionals who are experienced calling on large accounts with $1M annual staffing spend and navigating complex sales cycles with operations, procurement, HR, and executive leadership teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Targeting and developing enterprise-level staffing partnerships within your market
- Driving new business with large-volume workforce accounts
- Building relationships with key operational and executive stakeholders
- Identifying strategic opportunities for expansion across multiple service lines
- Collaborating closely with operations leadership to deliver high-level client solutions
- Representing a company that is investing heavily in growth, innovation, and customer experience

- Proven success selling staffing and workforce solutions into large-volume accounts
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic client relationships
