About the Role:


In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our affiliate and creator ecosystem - from TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns to publisher partnerships, translating merchandising priorities and promotional moments into high-performing partner programs. You’ll be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working alongside the Digital Marketing team, the Art team and the Sales/Data team to recruit creators, coordinate briefs, and optimize offers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, other emerging platforms to generate content on-brand content. Your work will directly influence creator/influencer output and incremental revenue, ensuring a polished, on-brand experience from brief to final content generated.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the affiliate growth strategy for assigned product lines and seasonal initiatives across TikTok Shop and affiliate networks; develop quarterly roadmaps and execute daily/weekly campaigns

• Create and manage open plans, target plans, and end-to-end campaign launches

• Develop commission strategies, bundles, and limited-time offers that motivate and incentivize creator participation and increase output

• Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing organic and paid affiliates/creators via TikTok Affiliate Center, Lark, outbound outreach, and creator communities

• Plan and launch affiliate and influencer initiatives with brand influencers, loyal customers, and editorial partners to generate standout UGC, earn publisher placements, and secure SEO backlinks that grow traffic and conversion performance for ShopJoe.com

• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with high-performing affiliates

• Oversee creator seeding/sampling programs and manage retainer-based creator rosters

• Align on creator briefs, content requirements, and publishing cadence

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external teams and TikTok account managers and support teams to support overall affiliate marketing goals


Must-Have Qualifications

  • A track record of growing an affiliate or creator program with measurable revenue/GMV impact
  • 1-2 years affiliate/creator marketing (social commerce or ecommerce portfolio); hands-on with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
  • Backelors degree in Marketing of related field required
  • Native understanding of creator-driven commerce, offers, and what motivates affiliates (commission rates, seeding, retainers, exclusive coupons, special offer campaigns, ROAS, incrementality)
  • Highly organized and analytical; comfortable in spreadsheets dashboards; clear communicator with internal teams and external partners


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with affiliate networks and tools (Impact, ShareASale, AWIN, Rakuten), link management, and product feeds

• Experience within DTC ecommerce and/or the outdoor tools or home & garden industries

• Experience aligning affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions, and product launches

• Existing creator/affiliate network and/or experience negotiating retainers, seeding programs, or creator contracts

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
