Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting. 

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-hybrid

This Opportunity

As our FP&A Manager, you will be supporting corporate FP&A. You will drive key financial planning and analysis activities and deliverables. You will report directly to our VP, FP&A. In this role you will use your analytical, collaboration and communications skills. This role requires you to be a self-starter, flexible, collaborative, and analytical doer, with high level of integrity, and attention to detail. It is an action and goal-oriented role in a fast-paced, team-oriented collaborative and analytical environment

 In this role, you will:

• Create financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis for new strategic business initiatives related to new initiatives and other adhoc investment analysis
• Support fast evolving investor reporting requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to support forecasting and reporting processes.
• Design, analyze, and maintain incentive compensation plans aligned with business objectives in partnership with partner operations, and people teams.
• Administer monthly commission payout and reporting with accuracy and timeliness leveraging AI tools for automation.
• Create actionable reporting on key operating and financial performance indicators and metrics (KPIs) for business leaders to assist with business decisions such as attainment and incentive impact.
• Support key financial processes including the annual budget, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting.
• Refine tools, processes, and key drivers to aid business leaders in assessing plan and forecast along with the corresponding assumptions.

Key Qualifications     

• 5 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field. Experience with companies going through IPO or equivalent preferred but not required
• Experience with cloud technology offerings
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• High proficiency in Excel and other analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, also planning tools. SQL/Python experience preferred but not required
• Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end close
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment

• The base pay for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
