ABOUT THE POSITION
We're hiring a designer who lives in paid social. You'll create the static and animated ads that run across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and you'll help us figure out what actually makes people stop scrolling and buy.
This is a high-volume, test-and-learn role. You'll ship a lot of creative, see how it performs, and use the data to make the next round better.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS/IS
- 3 years designing paid social ads, ideally for CPG or DTC brands
- A portfolio of Meta ads that actually ran, not just spec work
- Strong in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma
- Comfortable with motion: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar
- Fast. You can produce lots of quality variations without losing the plot
- You understand the basics of performance marketing and know why a thumb-stopping first frame matters
- You take feedback well and aren't precious about your work. The data decides.
- Self-directed. You manage your own queue and hit deadlines
- Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or beauty
- Familiarity with AI image and video tools in a production workflow
- Experience designing for other paid channels (TikTok, YouTube, Google)
- Basic copywriting chops for headlines and hooks
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Design static ads for Meta across formats (feed, stories, reels placements)
- Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics (product animations, kinetic type, simple UGC-style edits)
- Turn creative briefs into multiple concepts and variations for testing
- Build out iterations on winning ads: new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals
- Work with the growth team to review performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and decide what to test next
- Keep an eye on competitors and trends in CPG and supplement advertising, and bring new ideas to the table
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing for creative that performs
