About the Position

This is a unique associate doctor opportunity with a primary focus on new patient examinations, consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and reports of findings.

As our Exam Doctor, you'll often be the first doctor a new patient meets. You'll play a critical role in building trust, educating patients, and helping families understand their health and care options.

You'll also have opportunities to provide chiropractic adjustments, collaborate with experienced doctors, and participate in community outreach.

Our West Des Moines office serves as the training and development hub for our growing multi-location practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive new patient consultations, examinations, and evaluations.
• Perform and interpret digital X-rays and neurological scans, within your professional scope and qualifications.
• Present clear, educational reports of findings and appropriate care recommendations.
• Help patients understand the value of chiropractic care and make informed decisions about their health.
• Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments when needed.
• Collaborate with fellow doctors and chiropractic assistants to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Participate in community events, health screenings, educational workshops, and outreach opportunities.
• Continuously develop clinical, communication, and leadership skills through ongoing mentorship and training.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Holds or is eligible to obtain an active Iowa chiropractic license before beginning clinical duties.
• Is passionate about family wellness and principled chiropractic care.
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys educating patients.
• Is confident, personable, and comfortable leading patient consultations.
• Is coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn from experienced doctors.
