The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves diagnosing system issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring optimal system performance while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure system functionality
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system status and repairs
- 70% of the job will consist of mini splits installs, furnace changeouts, garage and shop heat installs.
- The other 30% will be service work and new residential installs.
- Building duct in the shop at times but is not a required skill.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in HVAC systems
- Knowledge of HVAC system installation and refrigeration principles
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and positive attitude
- Understanding that what you put into a company is what you get out of it.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in all environments, weather conditions, and jobsite situations.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
