Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a strategic partner to department heads, champion the employee experience, and build scalable systems that support our rapid growth.

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment strategies, employer branding, and performance frameworks. Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts to build high-performing teams.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion retention programs, employee wellness initiatives and foster a positive company culture where people actually look forward to Mondays.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and global employment regulations, oversee benefits administration and streamline HR systems. Create processes where needed.
- Leadership Coaching: Give managers the tools, feedback, and coaching they need to build high-performing, empathetic teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics and engagement data to measure team health, retention, and operational efficiency.
- 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR leadership. Technology industry experience required.
- Excellent project management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience with Gusto, Dover, and Employee Navigator is preferred but not required.
