The Customer Care Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving service excellence across our Customer Care Center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members, improving processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience through effective coaching and performance management.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do...
- Lead and support the Customer Care team’s daily operations
- Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals
- Monitor key metrics and drive service improvements
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and workflow efficiency
