What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insulation Installer position at TruTeam?
Dale Insulation of Knoxville is now hiring Insulation installers and spray foam Installers. Experienced is preferred but we will train the right candidates. Training starts at $17.00 per hour. Experienced installers should become piece rate after two weeks trial and trainees should advance to piece rate after 60 days, this should put you at an hourly average of at least $24.00. Previous employment in a construction related field would be helpful but not required. Employees will need to use ladders, knifes, mechanical fasteners and sometimes scaffolding in a safe manner.
