In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, preparing packages, and ensuring that all items are distributed accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and postage
- Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Ensure timely delivery of mail to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Keep the mailroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Communicate with delivery carriers when needed
- Follow company policies to ensure the secure handling of all mail items
