As the Executive Director, you’ll be the visionary leader behind one of our thriving assisted living communities. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, from quality care and regulatory compliance to team leadership and resident satisfaction, while driving growth and creating a place where residents and staff are proud to call home. Deliver Excellence, Every Time: Regularly assess services, measure resident satisfaction, and implement smart improvements to deliver next-level care.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered.
- State regulations require state-specific Assisted Living Administrator certification.
- 3 years of experience working as an Executive Director or Administrator in the senior living industry
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
- Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing quality care and improving the lives of seniors.
