As our Executive Director, you will:
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered.
- State regulations require state-specific Assisted Living Administrators certification.
- 3 years of experience working as an Executive Director or Administrator in the senior living industry
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
- Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing quality care and improving the lives of seniors.
