This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Title Closer focused on refinance transactions, you’ll help guide files from preparation through funding. You’ll coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to keep everything on track, making sure documents are accurate, timelines are met, and clients are informed every step of the way. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Review lender instructions, title commitments, and payoff statements
- Prepare ALTA Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, and supporting documents
- Coordinate closing timelines and logistics with borrowers and lenders
- Follow up on title issues or missing items prior to closing
- Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
- Assist with disbursement, policy issuance, and post-closing file wrap-up
- Maintain organized, up-to-date files in the title system
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails in a timely manner
- Experience as a Title Closer is preferred but not required, we’re open to training the right candidate
- Familiarity with ResWare, SoftPro, Qualia, or other title software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an in-office team
- Eager to learn and grow in the title industry
