Marketing Specialist - Real Estate

Trustpoint Realty is a full-service commercial and residential real estate brokerage serving South Florida across Monroe, Miami-Dade, and Broward counties. We specialize in buying, selling, leasing, and managing properties — combining local market expertise with a client-first approach. Our services include market analysis, investment consulting, property management, and transaction coordination.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami Lakes, FL. The Marketing Specialist will own the company's marketing output end-to-end — from content creation and social media management to field photography and direct mail campaigns. This role requires someone who is hands-on, tech-savvy, creative, and capable of working independently across multiple platforms and project types.

Content Creation & Design

•Design agent onboarding materials from pre-made templates using Canva

•Produce weekly email campaigns using Constant Contact

•Create offering memorandums (OMs) for commercial and residential listings

•Design quarterly 2–4 page mailers for agent distribution

•Develop Instagram Reels — including concepts, scripts, and editing

Social Media Management

•Manage and post consistently across all company platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn

•Support buildout and management of an upcoming WhatsApp Business profile

•Develop content calendars, captions, and hashtag strategies

Photography & Field Work

•Travel to all new listings for drone photography, property interior/exterior photos, and floor plan capture (using company-provided app)

•Edit all photos to brand standards prior to use in listings or marketing materials

Advertising & AI Tools

•Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

•Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate content production, generate subject lines, ad copy, catchphrases, and marketing concepts

•Apply AI for editing assistance, coding support for marketing pages, and idea generation

•Constant Contact — email campaign creation and list management

•Meta Ads Manager — campaign setup, targeting, and optimization

•Canva — design of marketing materials, templates, and social assets

•Drone operation — FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain

•AI tools — working knowledge of AI platforms for content and workflow efficiency

•Photo editing software — ability to edit and retouch property photos

•Strong communication skills — written and verbal

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

•Experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry is a plus

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

•Must have a reliable personal vehicle — travel to listings is required

•Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency

•Professional camera and drone equipment

•Dedicated desk and Mac computer for editing and design

•Company email account

•Company-paid subscriptions to all required platforms

•Willingness to invest in additional tools as the role evolves
