High-End Civil Litigation | Hybrid | 3 Days in Office | $85,000–$110,000 DOE
A prestigious, well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Nashville team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with 10 years of experience supporting high-end, complex civil litigation matters in a sophisticated law firm environment. (with exposure to Entertainment Law)
The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with accomplished attorneys on significant matters from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10 years of Litigation Paralegal experience REQUIRED
- Trail/ Courtroom experience is needed
- Experience working in a prestigious law firm or sophisticated litigation practice
- Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedure and evidence
- Experience with discovery, document review, e-discovery, pleadings, motions, legal research, and trial support
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology
- Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or similar e-discovery platforms preferred
