What are the responsibilities and job description for the FDA Regulatory Compliance Attorney position at Trustpoint.One?
Trustpoint.One is pleased to collaborate with a global law firm in their search for an experienced FDA Regulatory Compliance Attorney to support their corporate client in Arlington, VA for four to five months, working 40 hours per week. The attorney will assist the company’s regulatory compliance legal team and will cover compliance and regulatory backfill support. This secondment will start on December 22, 2025 and is required to work on-site several days every week.
The work will be focused on supporting product compliance for the online purchases and will primarily include:
- Supporting the compliance legal team with FDA-regulated product matters and FDA compliance matters;
- Supporting the compliance legal team with CPSC-regulated product matters for US online purchases;
- Supporting the compliance legal team with regulator contacts; and
- Supporting ad-hoc product safety matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- JD or educational equivalent required
- 3 to 6 years of post-JD practicing experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
- Some FDA experience, ideally in an area such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food.
- Some experience with products regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (e.g., children’s products, baby products, etc.) and safety related matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Virginia.
Pay rate: Commensurate with experience, starting at $60/hour.
