I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Charleston.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must have 3 years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial real estate closings
- Title and survey review
- Drafting and reviewing lease amendments and non-disturbance agreements
- Preparing closing documentation
- Managing transaction files and supporting attorneys throughout the closing process
Requirements:
- 3 years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification preferred
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
