Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a boutique business law firm in Philadelphia in its search for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 4 years’ of experience. The position offers a hybrid schedule in the Philadelphia office. This is a great opportunity for an attorney barred in Pennsylvania AND New Jersey bars.
Complex Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Prepare pleadings, handle discovery, and try cases as first or second chair
- Work closely with the team to deliver successful outcomes for clients and contribute to the firm's commitment to cultural diversity and excellence
- Appear in court, including oral arguments and evidentiary hearings.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years’ experience in complex litigation
- Possess a strong background in managing cases from beginning to end, including client intake and management, litigation avoidance counseling, case strategy development, and court appearances
- Member, in good standing of the Pennsylvania AND New Jersey bars
- Results oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
